Don't know if it's self bleeding or not to bleed the system should be relatively easy. 1:Turn the heater on fully. 2: Remove the cap from the header tank (make sure the coolant is cold.) 3: Start the engine. Any air in the system should come out it'll be easily visible as bubbles in

I have a 2006 TDCI 130, and had to have the MAP (manifold absolute pressure) sensor replaced a couple of years ago. The EML light was permanently on with permanent limp mode. The glowplug light never came on whilst driving. I obtained a new MAP sensor from Transit Parts on ebay as a much cheaper option than going to Ford.
Ok, so my 2.0 tdci mondeo 130, has start to vibrate at idle. whilst sitting behind the wheel at the traffic lights its rather uncomfortable, almost like the engine is misfiring, but as soon as u apply the throttle its fine! It goes away after the engine reaches a temp of 90 degrees. Thought it maybe a glow plug, but tested them and they seem fine.
