Synopsis: As part of the year-long centennial celebration for the 100th anniversary of Warner Bros. Studio, five films featuring the iconic DC Super Hero Superman – Superman: The Movie, Superman II, Superman II: The Richard Donner Cut, Superman III, and Superman IV have landed on Ultra HD Blu-ray from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. My Take:The extras are much as for the first disc. All carryovers (including the original behind-the-scenes feature that aired on TV to promote the movie) from the prior DVD and blu-ray releases. The UHD disc just has the movie itself (and the commentary track on the movie). All the other extras are on the blu-ray. Superman II and The Donner Cut were shot on 35 mm film using Panavision PSR R-200 and Panavision Panaflex Millennium XL2 Cameras with both having a new scan and restoration creating a 4K DI, from with the UHDs are sourced. The discs present a native 3840 x 2160p resolution image, in the widescreen 2.39:1 aspect ratio, use 10-bit video depth
