Performance sucks in my laptop too. Got an RTX 3060 but still like 24 fps on medium. yep that's just the truth. Game should be able to run 60fps on ps5 though, because it has plenty performance, I'm getting ~50fps on a GTX 1650 super and ~35 fps on gtx760, which is like ps3 quality performance.
If the team are currently developing the sequel, then I could imagine them announcing a next-gen upgrade when they reveal the sequel.
