The Bati 801 should do 180- 200 mph easy with Franklin's special ability but it has no effect on motorcycles. I hope Rockstar fixes this issue somewhere along the life of this game. I can't tell you how frustrating it is to go for top speed runs when you are getting trolled by Rockstar saying you are only able to do up to 149 mph on motorcycles.

ggj1987 9 years ago #1. See title ^^. I can get Franklin and Trevor's SA to 100% quickly. With F I always get on a bike and drive against traffic on the highways while using the SA and after doing that for a while it hits 100%. With Trevor you have to do the Rampages.
