Ford Focus 2009 1.6 Zetec with 66000 on clock. Ford CMax 2010 1.6 Zetec 40000 on clock. can someone suggest the best oil to use. I was going to go with Ford formula F 5w30 fully synthetic or Castrol magnatec 5w30 fully synthetic? Also should I stay with Fully Synthetic or semi synthetic.

Flushing/changing coolant on focus 1.6 Zetec s2001 - siddeni : Help!! telecaster, screwloose, if anyone still checking this thread. Have similar problem with my focus 1.6, 2000, all started with the cooleant change last summer, it started overheating but only at higher speed. Air lock most probably.
